Emergency Room Misdiagnosis

In a medical malpractice case, our client died from pulmonary embolus. In this case, our client went to the emergency room on two occasions complaining of chest pain and was sent home. She died the next day from a pulmonary embolus. It was proven that the emergency room doctors should have suspected a pulmonary embolism and admitted her to the hospital for treatment which would have prevented her death.
